Vitamins A, C, E and H are all essential nutrients for your hair, as they aid in the regular hair growth while also helping to keep your hair strong and healthy. These substances are easy to obtain in various foods, which you can simply add into your diet.

VITAMIN C

Vitamin C is among several antioxidant vitamins, which are responsible for blocking damage that free radicals can cause. Unfortunately, free radicals might harm your hair, possibly making it weak. VITAMIN A

Vitamin A is another antioxidant nutrient efficient at protecting your hair from possible free radical damage. Vitamin A helps your hair to grow by improving the production of sebum, which is necessary for ensuring that your scalp is hydrated and moist, also a favorable growing condition for hair. Good food sources of vitamin A include pink grapefruit, eggs, apricots, pumpkin, spinach, kidney, cheese, broccoli, liver, carrots, cantaloupe and fish oil.
