Cruising the Black Hills
- The Black Hills of South Dakota--a popular biker destination due to the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally--offers motorcycle cruises that include some of the most majestic views in America. In and around the Black Hills region there are over 100 miles of National Scenic Byways you can leisurely cruise through. Spearfish Canyon ranks high upon the list of scenic byways, due to such attractions as the canyon's waterfalls and towering palisades along the 22-mile adventure. Take the Loop
- The world's largest motorcycle event--Daytona Bike Week--is held annually in Daytona Beach, Florida. In addition to the extensive list of main events offered to motorcycle enthusiasts from around the world, Daytona Beach offers bikers a chance to cruise the infamous Loop. According to the Daytona Beach Chamber of Commerce, cruising the Loop is recommended to experience the natural beauty of the trees and waterways of the famous Florida countryside.
Exploring the Northeast
- New England is reputed to have some of the best motorcycle cruising highways in the U.S. While partaking of a motorcycle cruise through New England, you will experience both mountains and ocean cliffs. This region is also a famous destination during autumn, when bikers on a cruise can witness the natural beauty of fall foliage.
Going Coastal
- From one side of America to the other, cruising the coastlines of California has been proclaimed as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. One of many examples is a motorcycle tour that begins in Southern California and will lead you inland to tour the San Bernardino Mountains.In addition to cruising through inland mountain ranges, California offers you the opportunity to ride through canyons and national forests while winding your way back to the coastline. Upon reaching the coast, you can ride along the Pacific Coast Highway and visit multiple beaches along the route. (see Reference 2)
