Lift your body like you are trying to touch your knees with your chest. Try to keep your legs still while trying to lift with only using your abdominal muscles. This may take some focusing. Repeat for 15 times. Make sure to try breathing out while you go up and exhaling when you go down. Repeat with resting in-between and try to do three sets.

Now bring your knees slowly toward your chest and lift your buttocks off the floor. Focus on contracting your abdominal area. You should feel your lower abdominal area working only after a small number of repetitions. Repeat 15 times and try to do three sets.
