Many single people travel with hopes of meeting others. A cruise vacation is a great option for singles. Cruise ships are full of people, activities, clubs, bars, casinos and restaurants, and they make excursions to exotic locations. If you are a single man looking to meet single women on a cruise, you'll want to take few steps to increase your odds of meeting someone special.
- 1Book a cruise to the Caribbean. The hot weather, tropical beaches and beautiful scenery lend themselves well to romance.
- 2Pack smart. You will want to look your best and wear clothes that make you feel confident. Many women put a great deal of effort into their appearance and they appreciate a man who does the same.
- 3Book a number of excursions through the ship. This will give you an opportunity to spend several hours with fellow travelers in a more intimate setting, away from the large crowds on board. You may be tempted to book private excursions at each port to save money, but if you do this the chances of meeting people with whom you are traveling will be reduced.
- 4Visit the ship's dance clubs and casinos. These are two places where many single women visit to have fun and mingle. Try cheering on a woman at the casino or asking a woman to dance at the club. But do not approach a woman you have never met or spoken to and start dancing with her--many find this offensive and pushy.
